Milestones

1904 – Incorporation of the A.P. Moeller company

1970 – Establishment and development in the Far East of an organization managing the supply chain under the name Mercantile / Consolidation services were established in Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong under the name of Mercantile

1994 – Incorporation of Maersk Logistics in Poland (under the name of Mercantile).
Warehouse activity (warehouse space rented in Piaseczno near Warsaw), land and sea forwarding (Gdynia).

1995 – Founding of a customs agency - "MLOG Agencja Celna"

1996 – Relocation of warehouse from Piaseczno to Pruszków
7.000 m2 of rented warehouse space

1996 - 1998 – Development of integrated logistic services - "One Stop Shop"

1996 - 2002 –Distribution platform in Opole

1998 – Distribution platform in Gniezno (currently located in Poznań)

2000 - Opening of warehouse and distribution center in Mszczonow, undertaking logistic tasks under the name of Maersk Logistics

2000 – Change of company name to Maersk Logistics

2001 – Opening of Pharmaceutical Consignment Warehouse in Mszczonow

2002 – Start of air freight activity

2005 – Acquisition of the DSL company and name change so as to fit logistic activity better

2006 – Opening of cross-dock platform in Gdynia

2007 – Maersk Logistics’ forwarding services, including DSL Star Express, airfreight, and landside services and Damco Sea & Air merged into the freight forwarding company Damco

2009 – Maersk Logistics and Damco merge under the new brand name of Damco.

2009 – Permission for increasing the warehouse space in the Pharmaceutical Consignment Warehouse

2010 – Manufacturing Authorization for medicinal products

2010 – AEO Certificate for Mlog CA
