Damco Poland cares about customer satisfaction. The comprehensive services we perform in the field of warehousing, transport, forwarding, co-packing, co-manufacturing and customs, as well as our full range of value-added services comply with international quality standards, taking into account our Customers’ needs and the dynamic requirements of a developing market. The Integrated Quality Management System and Food Safety System we have in place guarantee full customer satisfaction and confidence.

Damco Poland is certified to the ISO 9001:2001 standard. We obtained our Quality Management Certificate from the TϋV Rheinland certification body in 2006, with 3-year validity. At the time, we were still operating under the Maersk Logistics brand. The certificate covers the warehousing, distribution, import, export and logistics processes. Last year, as a result of a recertification audit, its was renewed for another 3 years. A surveillance audit was carried out in April 2010, confirming compliance with the requirements of the modified ISO 9001:2008 standard.

Due to the nature of its business, Damco Poland also decided to implement the HACCP system, and it began preparations for ISO 22000:2005 certification (Food Safety Management). As a result of the positive evaluation obtained from TϋV Rheinland certification body auditors, we obtained the ISO 22000:2005 certificate in 2007, related to the warehousing, distribution and logistics processes. In April 2010 the certificate renewed for another 3 years.

In 2007, when we were still operating under the name APM Global Logistics Poland Sp. z o.o, we obtained permission to run a consignment warehouse with medical products. In 2009, Damco obtained a positive opinion from the Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspectorate allowing the company to extend its pharmaceutical consignment warehouse. After the expansion, Damco has more than 11,000 pallet spaces available for storing pharmaceuticals. At present, this is the largest commercial consignment warehouse in Poland. Already the industry leader, Damco is planning to extend the warehouse by another 10,000 pallet spaces, so that its facility in Mszczonów can become dedicated exclusively to the pharmaceutical industry.

August 2010, Damco recived Manufacturing Authorization for medicinal products, issued by Main Pharmaceutical Inspector. Damco is the only logistics operator which has a broad portfolio of services that customers can take advantage of in transporting in controlled temperature, store goods in the consignment of stock and co-packing on the outer packages.

16th November 2010, Mlog AC obtained AEO Certificate. Authorized Economic Operator Status confirms company’s reliability in business and satisfied the stringent requirements.
